Most of our orders are processed the same day the order is received so it is difficult to cancel most orders unless we receive timely notice. Please e-mail one of our customer service representatives at E-mail: [email protected] and we will do our best to cancel an order if it has not shipped.
2. Return Policy
All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. If you encounter a problem with your order or have questions, please contact our sales staff [email protected] to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Return of Goods. Return of goods will only be accepted under the following conditions:
i. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Magnetshub will make sure you get the correct product and bear the cost of shipping to return the incorrect or damaged product. For details on returning wrong or damaged parts, contact sales at email at [email protected] for instructions.
ii. For an exchange. If you have purchased an item and wish to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value you may do so, providing the goods are returned unused in the original packaging and you include your original receipt. When returning goods always return them to the address which is printed on the top of your invoice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and if you are returning the goods for an exchange for a different item you must pay return postage for the exchanged goods to be returned back to you.
