All orders ship via Airmail to anywhere in the world. We provide non-registered airmail and registered airmail:
Non-registered Air Mail: Without tracking number, sent the package within 2KG all over the world. Usually, it takes 15~30 days
Registered Air Mail: With the tracking number, sent the package within 2KG all over the world. Usually, it takes 15~25 days

Not happy with a product? Return it to us.
You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping costs both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

No Sales Tax. Magnetshub is a Hong Kong company, and there is no sales tax in Hong Kong.

Timely shipping is the number one priority for us. Most items can be shipped within 1 day, but some product will be processed in approx. 3 days.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Magnetshub guarantees the safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. Magnetshub reimburses return shipping charges.
Contact us for an RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.
Product Warranty (faulty/defective over normal use)
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.
Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 20 or the actual value of regular airmail, whichever is lower.
Customers may still send defective items back to Magnetshub. Magnetshub passes those items back to their manufactures and helps to coordinate the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Magnetshub will contact customers before committing the repairs.
Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed
Magnetshub will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and Magnetshub covers all return shipping charges.
Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, Magnetshub is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds.
An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
